A producer of fine Scottish whisky, Laphroaig Distillery was established in 1815. It is located on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. It manufactures the highly flavoured Scotch whisky from 10 year old to 40 year old. The distillery organizes guided tours and has a shop on site and on its web site. It is owned by Beam Global Spirits & Wine Inc. Laphroaig Distillery is the only Royal Warrant of whisky to HRH the Prince of Wales.
